Black screen when opening a project.

Whenever I am opening a project I only see a black screen but the editor runs in the background. Can anyone please help.

Is this Godot 3 or 4? What is your GPU and OS?

This is Godot 4.0.3. GPU is Intel UHD Graphics 620. And OS is Windows 10.

I think I am also having this issue with current Godot 4.2.1. Did you ever find a solution?
