How to define camera rotation control for the Joystick?

Question

For my game, which is first person, I want to be able to play the game with the Joystick.
I have a issue:
I want to add camera movement for gamepad but what I did is not working properly.

Right now my code only moves the camera a small amount to the left every time I hold the handle button and nothing happens if I hold the button.
I want to control the camera like in a first person games
