Distant 3D objects' surface-materials blank'ed or become white

I am experiencing a weird problem with model imported from blender(gltf):
The materials become white/blank when its distance become too far from active scene camera.

Problematic scene:

Tried altered LOD and camera z-far z-near but no avail

Any ideas on what could cause such problems?

Thanks.

So there are 3 places to set materials, on the mesh, on the mesh instance, and on the surface override. Unfortunately, they don't all work the same. Sometimes one works, while the other does not.

Scolopendrid I tested with a new model, it turns out to be the 'surface override' function somewhat stop working or malfunction when distance too far, removing the 'surface override' in inspector tab solved the problem.

Though I don't know if 'surface override' stop working when distance to camera is too far is an intended behavior or not.

Thighbone Thanks. I will take a closer look at how the 3D model's different surface settings affect in-game model material rendering.

I finally figured this out, it turned out to be the Camera3D 'far' option's slider only ranging from 0-4000, but you could manually input some big number like 40000, which fixes the distance blank problem. 😃
