When I click on the play button of videos on learn.unity.com nothing happens. I’m doing the Jr Programmer pathway, but tried on various other sections. The console for both Chrome and Edge show this error when the page loads:
VIDEOJS: DOMException: Failed to read the ‘handle’ property from ‘MediaSource’: MediaSourceHandle creation is currently supported only in a dedicated worker.
Same problem here, any fix for this? I’m at the start of project 4, I’m having this problem since lab 3, but I made it through with the description of each video. I think that’s how It’ll be from now on.
Me too.But this problem happened only on Edge,other browsers just like Chrome can do well in this.I
I use the other laptop to test this problem,and it can work normally.So i think the real problem is windows 11 ,not the unity web.
Hello, the year is 2024 and still the problem remains. None of the videos are loading.
I have tried unsuccessfully on Chrome, Firefox, Edge.
I have enabled the use of third party-cookies but the problem remains.
I have disabled the same-origin policy in my browser and still nothing happens.
The browser console outputs the following:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at
https://storage.googleapis.com/unity-connect-prd/...from originhttps://learn.unity.comhas been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn’t pass access control check: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.
Please help.
I’m also running into this issue as of today. It was fine until yesterday, now nothing loads. I can load everything correctly when using OperaGX but not from Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Ideally I’d use Chrome for everything so would appreciate a fix

having the same issue. I tried changing browser (edge, chrome, firefox,...nothing worked), clearing chache data, refreshing the page. I'm at lab1, yesterday everything was working fine...i don't understand.
