c# BindingList read-only error

Question

I keep trying to look for the possible cause of the problem but I cant seem to find it:

oh btw, line 72 is: CSV_Seating_Plan.Add(new csv_SeatingPlan()); – Oodles

This means that the underlying implementation of IList for you generic collection class is returning true for the IsReadOnly property.

Ah found the fix: Instead of CSV_Seating_Plan = new BindingList<csv_SeatingPlan>(container); I just had: CSV_Seating_Plan = new BindingList<csv_SeatingPlan>(){ foreach (row in container){ add new element on csv_steaingplan } – Oodles
