I am just upgrading to hibernate 5 and facing the below error when trying to getCurrentSession with Spring Hibernate transaction manager

I Found a solution for this problem. I was using hibernate 4 sf bean .

org.springframework.orm.hibernate4.LocalSessionFactoryBean

I had to change it to hibernate 5 sf bean to fix the problem

my error was I changed in the Test env but forgot to change in the staging env.Peden

I had created session using hibernate 4 in the servlet-config.xml but created transaction manager using hibernate 5 . When i made both of them to hibernate 5, that resolved the problem
