Where is margin? (Control node's property)

I understand that some people cannot grasp the concept of "Margin" but removing it from the editor is really mean towards people who know how to use it.

Margin is the only way I can animate multi-resolution UI without making a janky node setup, I have been using it in some of the games I released in the past. I wonder if they are truly gone, or did developer move it somewhere? I hope it's the latter.

Barnyard

But where in the editor exactly? Is it not exposed in the inspector?
If that's the case then... it might be difficult to keyframe, a trivial task in Godot 3.
