preserve EXIF ( GPS / DateTimeOriginal ) when uploading HEIF image in mobile safari

It seems the iOS 11 mobile safari will strip some EXIF ( GPS / DateTimeOriginal ) when uploading HEIF image, how to preserve the EXIF?
