Unable to create account in Sendgrid. Getting, You are not authorized to access SendGrid, please contact

I'm working with drupal 10, i want to work with Sendgrid module

I tried to create sendgrid account.I have entered all the basic details it asked. Then I got two mails Two-Factor Authentication & also another mail like " your account and have determined that Twilio’s services cannot support your account at this time " i don't known what happened I was creating first time my account in this.

When i click 2Factor Authentication from other mail i got,I am redirecting to the Login Page. And when i try to log in, I'm getting this

I'm sorry you were not able to create an account. Do you believe it was a mistake that the account was closed? If so, can you try to respond to the email you received? – Opinion

@Opinion it not a mistake its happening again and your support system cannot be reached without login ( the main problem is that you guys want us to login to say that we are not able to login , that sucks ). I am now forced to move to a diffrent system due to this reason and now have to rewrite all my code again to mailgun or mailchimp – Olympic

Same thing happend with me too. I was going to integrate twillio and sengrid with an enterprise application, so wanted an account to build a POC. Now, I need to find another alternative. Thank goodness, there are many :D – Task

@Opinion What happens if responding to the rejection email doesn't work? It sounds like the support team aren't even told why the account was rejected and all they do is send out a form email saying "we have determined that our platform is not a good fit at this time and your account will not be activated" – Hine

I have created sendgrid account using another mail ( eg: [email protected] ). And account got created successfully. After creating account i changed drupal site mail as well because sendgrid & drupal site mail should be same. So, admin> Configuration> system> Basic site settings here i changed my mail that linked to sendgrid ( [email protected] ) now it worked for me.

Don't know why my other account got violations. I texted twillo team but no use. So i proceeded by adding new mail in both.

Unfortunately, this seems pretty common with SendGrid and Twilio.

I understand they must deal with a lot of spammers and that automated systems can throw up false positives but even after I contacted them and they performed a "careful review", they still wouldn't activate my account. I work for a 168 year old charity and registered educational provider but apparently they think we're going to send out porn, snake-oil treatments, illegal drugs or fraudulent content because the only information they will give us is a link to their Email Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

I will update this answer if I learn more but based on the collected wisdom of the aforelinked articles, the answer seems to be some variation of:

• Try over and over again with different contact details (or maybe from a different IP address?) and hope one of them gets through
• Beat your head against a wall with support trying to explain you're not a scammer (probably won't work, other threads say the anti-fraud system won't even tell the support people why you're being rejected)
• Waste time trying to justify yourself on Stack Overflow or Reddit and hope a developer evangelist takes pity on you, e.g. OP, https://www.reddit.com/r/twilio/comments/n18s5l/twilio_account_suspend_without_giving_any_reason/ and https://www.reddit.com/r/twilio/comments/mr6hsp/twilio_blocked_our_account_and_with_it_hundreds/ (if you're reading this @IObert, my ticket number is #18219239)
• Use a different service provider that's more developer friendly and won't shut you down instantly without any way to appeal it 🤷‍♂️
