I’ve been having the same issue.
A temporary fix that I am using for now:

  1. Install the editor installer from the unity page
  2. Then install it
  3. Open the unity hub and click installs
  4. Click locate
  5. and select the editor you just installed

Problems:

You can’t sign in in my experience
You can’t add other things such as VS code tools, build supports etc

EDIT

(About an hour later)

I found an answer. If your on Windows:

  1. Find the hub folder
  2. Right-click and it properties
  3. Then security
  4. Then change permissions
  5. Hit all the boxes and apply

That worked for me

The best to solve this issue, is to go to windows and serach fot ‘Run’ and do the command %appdata% and you’ll see a files for unityHub and unity, delete them and uninstall the packages and install them again and then you’ll will not see this issue anymore.
